FLURRYING

Invisible snowflakes...

Later...

Such beauty! The first snow fall of the winter. Well, just flurries but it is precious. The red berries are clinging to the tree near our front door; the snowflakes flitter through the branches, and the very air gentles asthe day slows to a majestic silence.

It is a gift to be at home and vulnerable to the very, very small nuances of life and season. I'm blessed to have this time. CA is working until Christmas break and I have the house to myself most days. I love being at home, as I loved going and working daily for so many years. This is a new chapter in my life and I am celebrating every seasonal change. Who knew there were so many, many causes for celebration in the daily surrounds of home and neighborhood.
