Yes, I know this is a broiler grill pan but I almost never use my broiler. Just too messy, and then there are the smoke detector alarms...
I line the tray part of the broiler grill pan with heavy-duty aluminum foil before covering the surface with vegetables to oven grill with a bit of olive oil and some seasoning.
I think we roast peppers and onions more than any other vegetables, sometimes with sausage or chicken, or both. We also oven-roast potatoes (and onions) in this same pan.
